Wash your face at least 2 times a day with warm water and non-abrasive products that contains natural ingredients. Avoid over wash as this can worsen your condition.

Try to change your pillow case every few days so your skin does not come into contact with sweaty or dirty cloth. The same applies to clothes or towels that can also store oil that transfer onto a clean skin.

Another way to prevent acne is to clean your mobile phone or other device that may touches your face every day. Use an alcohol agent to do this, because this will kill the germs and bacteria that stay on that device.

Also don’t forget to clean your hands before touching your face or applying cream lotion as your daily activities. Make sure to avoid touching your face when you’re cooking or exercising, as the oils and sweats are some of the most likely cause acne break outs.

Always protect your face against the sunlight by using a sunscreen or wearing a hat or other protective devices at very high temperatures.
